【Private Villa esoto】Official Website Now Live

We are pleased to announce the launch of the official website for Private Villa esoto, an exclusive private villa welcoming just one party per day in Daigahara, Hakushu, Hokuto City, Yamanashi.

The website offers a closer look into the world of esoto—from the spaces within the historic cultural residence, believed to have been built around 1907, to the Kura Bath, created by restoring a traditional storehouse on the property, and our pairing dinner featuring Shichiken sake alongside ingredients from the region.

You can also discover the experiences that allow guests to connect more deeply with Hakushu, including the Water Source Tour, visiting the water source of Mt. Kaikomagatake and the rice fields where sake rice is grown; the Brewery Tour, offering access to areas of the Shichiken sake brewery not normally open to the public; and the Local Culture Tour, introducing the craftsmanship and traditions of Hakushu.
